The Birds and the BeesTime doesn't stop for anyone.
Not for you,
Not for me,
Not even for the birds or the bees.
The birds who are chirping or the bees who are buzzing,
Flying around in every little direction.
Time, generous when they are resting,
Greedy, when they are working.
Their schedule surely builds up,
The mama birds, searching for twigs,
The queen bees, who are fitting their wigs.
The worker bees rushing about,
The mistakes they've made, they surely cannot erase,
For time, is surely a waste.
